As an office our mission is to be of service by providing quality dentistry while producing a caring and pleasurable atmosphere, assisting in the knowledge of education and health. To create a balance in all our lives. Consistently our office stands on values and principals that accommodate the fulfillment of the success of our patients, the dentist, and the team members.

To verbally and non-verbally tell our patients that we are providing them the best and that we genuinely care for their well being. Our goal is for their experience in our office to be the greatest they have ever had.
We will cultivate this by allowing the patient to see our professional high quality team and facility. We will generate the feeling of warmth and individual concern by demonstrating the "I care for you" attitude by carefully listening to our patients and addressing their concerns. We will take the time to educate our patients so they can better themselves dentally as well as the ones they contact. We will talk with them about the exciting procedures that we have used with our other patients, and have our excitement about the procedure, the patient, the patient's future, and life in general to be so contagious and addictive that the patient spreads our enthusiasm and name with fervor. We will inform and demonstrate in their mouths the quality of the restorations and therapy that we have provided. We will make the scheduling and the financial related paperwork simplistic, comfortable and easy for the patient. We will actively keep in place internal and external marketing strategies. As an office, we will be active in community events and openly let others know what our profession is and share with them our enthusiasm in it.
For myself and for the entire team, we will constantly strive to be the best by attending formal lectures and presentations. CE is a must in achieving and maintaining a high quality practice.
We will actively and jointly incorporate new skills into our practice by attending a variety of high quality courses to improve ourselves in all disciplines. At times we will jointly attend specialty courses tailored more toward one individual team member so that we all may better understand their primary tasks. Individual members may be asked to go to courses solo and make a thorough report with recommendations to the rest of us.
The staff will mature to be self-managing. We will reach the point where the doctor has very little to do with running the practice, that most all decisions about the business are made by the team members because this team has the unified purpose of fulfillment of the practice goals. I will do what is necessary to become a great leader civically, professionally, and at the office.
